Accredited HRD Corp instructors with decades of hands-on industrial engineering experience.
ARTC adopts a structured training approach that combines theoretical understanding with practical, equipment-based learning.
Participants are introduced to the fundamental concepts, operating principles, safety requirements and industrial applications of the training topic.
The trainer demonstrates equipment operation, software configuration, programming methods and appropriate technical procedures.
Participants carry out guided hands-on exercises using actual training equipment and software.
Participants are exposed to common operational issues and guided through systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Understanding and practical competency may be evaluated through exercises, practical activities, discussions or assessments, depending on the programme.
ARTC provides technical training for different participant groups, and our trainers may also support programmes delivered in collaboration with companies, universities, colleges and other institutions.

ARTC understands that different organisations have different technical requirements, participant competency levels and learning objectives. Customised training programmes may be developed for university and college students, short-term technical courses, and industry-institution collaboration programmes.
Where a customised programme differs from an existing HRD Corp registered course, it will be treated as a separate customised training arrangement and will not automatically be represented as the original HRD Corp claimable programme.
